Staffing and Hospitality

Providing staffing and operations for building amenities allows us to interact directly within the community and spurs engagement. We take care of all your building’s hospitality needs, from front to back of house, along with ancillary services such as housekeeping, pet care, and move-in services. Our focus is always to offer personalized service and genuine warmth and care.

Programming

URBN Playground’s planned events and activations are designed to maximize engagement within amenity spaces, and are curated specifically to each site, taking into account the building demographics. Our philosophy focuses on creating a sense of community through meaningful interactions, along with a sense of exclusivity, by working with hyperlocal partners to bring the best of the neighborhood to our clients’ doorstep.
