Amenity programming and concierge tech firm URBN Playground has expanded its virtual community platform with the addition of property management functions and community engagement via moderated, opt-in building chats, which it will debut at the National Apartment Association (NAA) conference in San Diego. The URBN virtual community now supports residents of more than 25,000 units across multifamily, commercial, and hospitality properties in New York; Utah; Washington, D.C.; and Atlanta.
